1. Membership Recognition
By becoming a member of MECOB, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement. Membership provides access to exclusive benefits and privileges.
2. Rights and Benefits
- Members are entitled to priority access to complimentary travel opportunities for fashion weeks in Milan and Paris, subject to availability and budget constraints.
- Membership term commences upon registration and lasts for one (1) year, renewable under similar or different conditions.
- No additional costs or fees are charged for membership.
- The Association may issue a press release formalizing membership within 10 days from signing.
- Members can utilize the Association’s website for promotional purposes, such as announcing store openings or product launches.
The Associate agrees to furnish the Association with the following materials within 10 days from the commencement of the membership agreement, to facilitate their inclusion on the Association’s website and formalize their participation:
- High-definition logos in AI vector, .png, and .jpeg formats. In case of multiple logos, all formats should be provided, of all the brands that will benefit from the membership and which are included in this Agreement (section 10.1).
- A detailed description of the multi-brand store/stores, including their history, core values, and relevant information such as addresses of locations, phone numbers, and website.
- High-definition photos of the store/stores (min 5 photos)
- At least one High-definition photo of the founder/owner/head of buying.
- All relevant information such as addresses of locations, phone numbers, and website of each store.
4. Connections and Networking
MECOB fosters networking opportunities among fashion retailers, facilitating connections with industry professionals and forming partnerships.
5. Exclusive Partnerships
Members gain access to exclusive partnerships with relevant business entities, resulting in discounts and special benefits on various services.
6. Personalized Support and Expert Advice
MECOB offers personalized support and expert advice to address business challenges and optimize marketing strategies.
7. Collaboration Opportunities with Influencers and Media
Members can collaborate with influencers and media outlets, enhancing brand visibility and increasing sales.
8. Associate Schedule Coordination
MECOB facilitates partnerships with fashion weeks worldwide, optimizing the Associate’s schedule and facilitating communication with brands.
9. Newsletter Subscription and Updates
Members receive regular updates on Association activities, industry news, and insider updates through newsletter subscription.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, Emirate of Dubai.
