TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to The Middle East Chamber of Buyers (“MECOB”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before becoming a member. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Membership Recognition By becoming a member of MECOB, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement. Membership provides access to exclusive benefits and privileges.
2. Rights and Benefits Members are entitled to priority access to complimentary travel opportunities for international fashion weeks and pre-collection events (including, but not limited to, Milan, Paris, and Dubai), subject to availability and budget constraints. Membership term commences upon registration and lasts for one (1) year, renewed automatically. No additional costs or fees are charged for membership. The Association may issue a press release formalizing membership within 10 days from signing. Members can utilize the Association’s website for promotional purposes.
3. Membership Obligations

Company Materials: The Associate agrees to furnish the Association with the following materials within 10 days from the commencement of the membership: High-definition logos (AI vector, .png, .jpeg), detailed store descriptions (history, values, addresses, website), high-definition store photos (min. 5), and at least one high-definition photo of the founder/head of buying.

Timely Provision of Travel Documents: When selected for international buyer delegations, the Associate agrees to promptly provide accurate travel documentation (including high-quality passport copies) required for logistical arrangements. The Associate explicitly consents to the sharing of these documents with relevant logistics partners strictly for travel and event registration purposes.
4. Connections and Networking MECOB fosters networking opportunities among fashion retailers, facilitating connections with industry professionals.
5. Exclusive Partnerships Members gain access to exclusive partnerships with relevant business entities, resulting in discounts and special benefits.
6. Personalized Support and Expert Advice MECOB offers personalized support and expert advice to address business challenges.
7. Collaboration Opportunities with Influencers and Media Members can collaborate with influencers and media outlets, enhancing brand visibility.
8. Associate Schedule Coordination MECOB facilitates partnerships with fashion weeks worldwide, optimizing the Associate’s schedule and facilitating communication with brands.
9. Newsletter Subscription and Updates Members receive regular updates on Association activities and industry news.
10. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
